This place is conveniently located next to a bus stop making it easy to get around.

I enjoyed the room - reasonably spacious and modern. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

hotel overlooked garden and the room was new-fashioned and huge. the location was perfect, 15 min walk from bus station. we stopped by blue bus cafe for coffee and treats, it was at walking distance from the venue. we had a separate bedroom.

Convenient location! We spent 4 nights in the Stazione Mestre neighborhood and enjoyed being close to the center area. 🏙️.

The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to move around and relax. Additionally, the hotel was designed with senior people in mind, with convenient accessibility features that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and helpful. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were too busy to assist us fully, and it would have been nice to have a little more assistance during our stay.

The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, with hair from previous guests found on the blankets and in the bathroom. Extra fees for parking and bringing a dog were unexpected, especially considering that other reviews mentioned free parking.

The location is comfortable and ideal, just 1 mile away from the historic center of Venice.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a spacious bedroom and a living room with a full kitchen. The building felt safe with access only granted through a chip card. The location was convenient, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transport stops nearby.

Great value for money. Well-equipped apartment with a comfortable sofa and spacious balcony. Perfectly located with nearby supermarkets and public transport just a few steps away. Plus, the 24-hour reception desk was very convenient.

Our stay was not without issues. The apartment smelled strongly of smoke, making everything, including the bed sheets, feel unclean.

We loved the convenience of the transportation options here - the bus stop was right outside and it took us straight to Venice in just 20 minutes! We were also pleased to find a grocery store just across the street, which made cooking our own meals a breeze. The apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good wifi. The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people like myself is if there were more organized activities or events specifically catered towards us. It would have been nice to have some social gatherings or outings where we could meet and interact with other seniors staying at the hotel.
